The property was beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood. This is the first time a property was nicer than expected. It was a pleasant surprise. Prompt response from the owner when needed. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed the patio area as well. I plan to rent again when in the Sarasota area.

A lack of shops and restaurants nearby. You definitely need a car. The house was lovely with a covered patio and clean rooms. Could use more directions on how to access network channels on the TVs. It is very close to the airport and the plane noise might be a problem for some renters.

The home was very nice. It was not close to nice beaches. Had to drive a ways to find the soft white sands. The host was difficult to reach. Had issues checking into the property. I was not provided the second door combination for the Ring video lock. Had to reach out to the host and it took over an hour to reach her. Texted the host to see if we could check out at 11:00AM instead of 10:00AM due to granddaughter having and 8:00AM soccer game and wanted to shower before we went to the airport. Text was sent at 8:00PM Saturday night and she did not respond until 2:00PM Sunday afternoon.
