- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
**All dogs MUST be approved first, do not book until we get more information. This does include service dogs**

Property manager was great, gave us recommendations and answered all our questions promptly. House was beautiful, clean, and spacious.Hot tub was clean and private. Location was perfect, 15-30 minutes from lots to do, good food, and groceries.

My kids loved staying here. The hot tub, the loft, everything was perfect. The fact that you can park in the garage is actually a massive highlight. It was raining when we left and packing up the car with two little kids was so much easier than at other rentals. Would love to stay here again.

Great space for 4 or 5 people! Well laid out, the kitchen has all you need and the beds are very comfortable. Impeccably clean and the bathroom shower has great water pressure. The hot tub is great and fits 4 comfortably, in addition, it never got so hot that you had to get out like most others. Where the hot tub is out back is completely private. The loft with the trundle is open to the living room (if that is a factor for anyone). Did not venture away from the cabin as was a friend catch-up weekend.
The hosts were very responsive - would recommend and absolutely would stay there again.
