We had 8 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach was easy. The Boardwalk was fun but if itâs super hot out I suggest driving down there. Itâs only a mile away so walking is doable. Some of the pics were misleading. The view to the ocean is minimal and lots of homes under construction (06/13/25). This did not hamper the stay but was disappointing. All amenities/appliances were in good working condition.We also used the charcoal grill and had burgers & board games themed night. Overall a goof experience!FYI- it is 4 stories high so lots of steps, there is a residential elevator which came in handy during check in & checkout.

Rented house for family vacation. Property gave great space and places for family to spread out and mingle in different locations. Kitchen set up was great and located very close to beach access. Great experience overall and would rent again.
