This top floor divine oasis has breathtaking sunset views and dolphin activity can be seen almost daily while eating or sipping coffee on the patio. Regular coffee pot and Kurig are provided with complimentary coffee and K Cups. If evening sunsets with wine are more your style, a bottle complete with wine glasses as well as pool plasticware are also included. This unit is a ten minute walk from bustling Flagler Avenue (New Smyrna's Strip) which is full of all the best New Smyrna has to offer in regards to shopping, dining and most importantly THE BEACH! A beach wagon, towels swim goggles and kids sand toys are provided.

Continuous barn wood laminate floors parallel white washed tongue and groove real wood ceilings. Kitchen is stocked with blender, skillet, rice maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, glassware, plasticware, pool ware BBQ grille with propane provided and all the cooking accoutrements you need! Living room windows are floor to ceiling with views of the New Smyrna Intracoastal waterway, dolphins seen jumping daily! Open the front and back doors for an ocean breeze that will bring peace and serenity. Master bedroom is outfitted with a king memory foam mattress and the spare bedroom is a comfy queen. If twin mattresses are needed that can be accomplished just let us know. This unit is perfectly suited for two couples or a couple with two children.

This condo was exactly as described. It was clean , well equipped and the view was outstanding. Watched dolphins every day ...all day ! Close to everything beach , stores and restaurants. Communications with owner was great any questions we had Kim always answered back quickly..
