The condo was very clean and welcoming. The host made sure to inform us regarding property rules, codes, and regulations. The host also was very responsive for any questions, extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend 305 as the property was gorgeous and we had a wonderful time with our family. Can't wait to come back!

Very well maintained condo. Grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The view from the condo was stunning. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Both my husband felt right at home. Beach and access was great! Great location and both restaurants and shopping were within minutes away.
This condo provided us with a comfortable home away from home. Look forward to returning next year.
