About this villa rental
Villa Eagles Nest is a private and elegant residence located on the prestigious Cerro de Águia, offering comfort, privacy and stunning views, ideal for a peaceful family holiday or with friends.
The living room is spacious and bright, with sofas, comfortable chairs and a TV area, creating a welcoming environment for moments of togetherness. The dining room, with elegant decoration, invites long group meals, in a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.
On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: two en-suite with single beds, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. This floor also has two additional bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.
On the first floor is the fifth room, a suite with a double bed, ideal for those seeking a more private space.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also features a practical pantry, offering functionality and additional storage space.
On the exterior, well-maintained gardens surround the heated swimming pool (additional cost), creating a perfect environment to relax in the sun on sun loungers. The outdoor dining area allows you to make the most of the mild Algarve days. The property also features a games room with a snooker table and a terrace with table and chairs, providing extra entertainment for the whole family.
Located on Cerro de Águia, the villa is close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Villa Eagles Nest was perfect for our family holiday. The bedrooms were comfortable and the villa had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and the games room. We also booked a private chef for one evening, which made our stay even more special.

This villa is beautiful- a little tired looking and needs a few bits fixing but didn’t ruin it for us at all. Great location, 10 minutes in an uber to Old Town and the Marina. Villa is massive and has all the amenities you could think of or need during your stay. Communication with Olivia at the customer service department and was second to none. Could not fault this at all. Unfortunately we did have an issue with a few people coming into the property or onto the grounds without our knowledge or consent which was quiet unnerving considering there was no prior warning/ notification and no safe in the property for our belongings. This was not something that was advised at booking nor at check in. On one occasion someone had come in to the villa while we were out and went into every room and bathroom to gather towels and provide new ones which in one hand we did appreciate but on the other, we weren’t advised to expect this and left everyone a bit wary as although our valuables were “away” they were not safe due to the lack of a safe. Regardless, I would highly recommend this villa and booking through Algarve Vacation because the 24/7 service and communication was brilliant and the villa was great.
