Cosy and comfortable property well placed for easy and quick access to Broadstairs town and the beaches. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Although described as a cottage the property is actually a small terraced house.
Parking can be a challenge - whilst on-street parking is available the road is small and narrow and spaces nearby limited. I think this should be made clearer in the property description.
A small improvement would the addition of blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

This was our second stay at Samphire and everything was perfect as far as we are concerned. Cleanliness excellent - which to us is the most important thing and we like the location - being near the station is so handy. Cottage is well equipped and we enjoy the proximity of the micro pubs and the beach. Happy memories and we would recommend.

An excellent cottage which was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Well placed for all public transport to enable a lot of days of exploration in an area that was new to us.

This was our second visit to Samphire, we so love this cottage. There is everything that you need, it’s in a great location, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We will be returning next year.
