A spacious and comfortable family holiday home in a prime position in the heart of Broadstairs, just 700 yards of the beach.. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With coal-effect gas fire, 32" Smart TV, Blu-tooth speaker and wooden floor.
Kitchen: With Neff electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and tiled floor.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and wooden floor.
Bedroom 2: With double bed and wooden floor.
Bedroom 3: With single bed and wooden floor.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and tiled floor.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. On road parking. No smoking or e-cigarettes.. A quintessential seaside town with a choice of sandy beaches and bucket loads of seaside charm, popular Broadstairs is the ideal place to escape to the Kent coast. Blue Cottage is just off the top end of the High Street, a 3-minute walk from the station and even less to the nearest of Broadstairs’ twenty-plus restaurants! The curved sandy beach of Viking Bay is 8-minutes’ walk down the High Street, lined with independent shops, restaurants and cafés, including three fish and chip shops!. Bordered by pastel-coloured beach huts, Viking Bay couldn’t be more charming and, come summer, rides and Punch and Judy shows add to the summer scene. From London St Pancras in less than an hour and a half, escaping or exploring London couldn’t be easier.
