Southern Comfort is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated on the Carter's Quay development benefiting from a juliette balcony. Located just a few minutes walk to Hamworthy beach and park, and 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.
Stairs to the third floor. Open plan Lounge / Dining area leading to a juliette balcony. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Fully fitted kitchen. Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (two 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - One reserved parking space.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - 49" Smart Television in the living room with Sky. 42" Smart Television in the second bedroom. WIFI broadband facility. Xbox.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
