This house appears to be brand new. It was very clean when we arrived and all of the TVs, appliances and fixtures appeared brand new. The bedrooms and bathroom are big and nice, there is a great covered patio out back, and the living area and kitchen are really nice. The kitchen is well appointed for anything you need.
Overall, I'd rate this as a very nice place to stay during your visit to the Spring Hill area. The house is great and the location is very quiet. The place is very conveniently located for groceries, restaurants and Rt 19, but in a quiet neighborhood.
Next time I'm staying in the area, I'll check to see if this house is available.
