The apartment features a living and dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The highlight of the living area is the sunny bay window. From the living area, you can access the bedroom, which is separated by a sliding door. The cozy bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The naturally lit bathroom has a walk-in shower (rain shower) and a heated towel rack.
The apartment does not have its own terrace. However, you are welcome to use the shared balcony on the 1st floor or the shared terrace.

Each apartment has a parking space available at the building. In addition to the private balconies in some units, you’re welcome to use the communal terrace
and the communal balcony on the 1st floor. Bicycles can be stored in a carport next to the building.
