The apartment features a living and dining area (open kitchen) with an adjoining sleeping area. The TV in the living area, mounted on the sideboard, can be swiveled so you can comfortably watch your favorite shows from the double bed in the evening. The living area opens onto a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, and microwave. The naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible only by stairs.
