My family, along with two other families, recently rented this stunning vacation home that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how absolutely beautiful the house was everything looked brand new, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The modern decor and high-end finishes gave it a luxurious yet welcoming feelThe highlight for us was the incredible downstairs area, which was an absolute paradise for the kids (and let’s be honest, the adults too!). The game room was a massive hit, packed with activities that kept the boys entertained for hours.They couldn’t get enough of it! The movie room was equally impressive, with plush seating and a big screen that made our family movie nights feel like a trip to the cinema. It was the perfect space for everyone to unwind after a day of adventures. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch, making our stay seamless and stress-free.This vacation home was a dream—perfect for multiple families looking to create memoriesThe back deck was another lovely feature with a nice seating area however, it overlooks the backyard, which was right on the main road while the landscape is pretty the constant noise from passing cars was so loud that it was difficult to hold conversations, which was disappointing. A minor flaw everything else was amazing

I just got back from a girls trip to Lake George and we stayed at this vacation home and wow, it was PERFECT. The house is beautiful, super spacious, and immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. The layout was great for a group with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also tons of cozy spots to hang out together.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. We were just a few minutes from Lake George Village, so it was super easy to pop into town for lunch, drinks, shopping, or a walk by the lake. Million Dollar Beach was a quick drive away too — we spent one afternoon there and it was amazing.
Inside the house, the amenities were next-level. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. All the bedrooms were super comfortable, and it was a nice bonus that they each had their own Smart TVs. The bathrooms were spotless.
But honestly, the basement stole the show. The movie theater down there is perfection! It has huge comfy recliners, an amazing sound system, and a massive screen. Between that, the bar, arcade games, and darts, we barely wanted to leave the house!
The outdoor space was also awesome. Such a great fire pit area!
If you're planning a getaway with friends (or family), I 100% recommend this place. It checked every single box and made for such a fun, relaxing trip. We already want to come back next summer!

The house overall was very nice and the proximity to the lake was just what we needed. It was very clean and we enjoyed the open floor plan and the part of the house we had access to. It's just unfortunate that the photos and description of the house didn't show that the entire lower part of the house wouldn't be available to us because it was being renovated. The permit posted on the sliding door indicated that the permit was issued in April (3 months prior to our arrival) ... plenty of time for someone to post updated photos and a description of what my family could expect (maybe reached out to me). My family likes to make use of the yard and based on the photos we saw online we planned on being able to be able to walk out of the lower level to use the back yard. There is a very steep drop in the property when walking from the front door to the backyard and we didn't get to enjoy the back yard as we wanted to. Getting drinks, food and the bathroom meant hiking back up the hill to the front door which was a big inconvenience. When the construction is completed, I'm sure any renters will really enjoy the house and all it has to offer, I just wish that the people at VRBO had disclosed all the details of what was going on at the house before we committed to book it.
