Year- round wonderland in this charming Lake George home - walking distance to Million Dollar Beach, Lake George docks, Ferries, Fort William Henry, restaurants, and shops! Skiing: 15 Minutes to West Mountain. 30 minutes to Gore Mountain and 20 minutes to the hidden ski gem of Hickory Ski Center! Oversized Lemonade front porch, oversized back deck with private in ground pool (seasonal - May - Oct) fireplace, upgraded fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, 3 bedrooms, plus 2 bonus rooms with sleepers. Sleeps 12 total. 3 baths with showers, 2nd floor deck off bedroom, laundry facilities.
The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs and there are 2 bonus rooms downstairs. They are dens connected to each other with a full sleeper sofa and an additional futon. It’s almost like another section of the house with its own bathroom, set of stairs and sliders to the deck and it’s own entrance. My kids sleep there and they love it so much they won’t sleep anywhere else! Tv also in that area and a fireplace. The main living room has a fireplace and a sleeper sofa and there are sliders to the deck and pool from the fully equipped Chef’s kitchen. There’s a barbecue grill out back and the deck is large with several table and seating areas. The lovely front porch also has seating. There are 3 baths - full shower and tub on the first floor, 2 upstairs, first has a shower and the other is tub/jacuzzi.
There is room to park your boat, ATV, snowmobile or camper. Rustic Adirondack den, free WIFI and Roku. Master bedroom also has Roku tv. Other 2 bedrooms have Rokus as well.. Bring the whole family and barbecue out back. Walking distance to Million Dollar Beach, Lake George Village, Lake George Marina/boat docks, parasailing, restaurants, shops and Usher Park/Beach.
Local attractions include minutes drive to Prospect Mountain, Six Flags Great Escape Amusement and Waterpark, horseback riding, and the Outlets at Lake George. In the winter come up for Winterfest in February and Skiing all winter long! West Mountain 10 minute drive, Gore Mountain 30 minutes. And the hidden ski gem of Hickory Ski Center 20 minutes! Saratoga Racetrack and the Casino only 1/2 hour away. House is available to book anytime of year- everything you ever wanted for a vacation!

This spacious home exceeded our expectations. The large kitchen is well equipped and there are so many places to sit and relax on the main floor. The huge, fenced back yard has a pool, many seating areas and even a big fire pit to sit around and look up at the stars. Being so close to restaurants and Main Street was a nice bonus. The hosts were very communicative. helpful and friendly. We definitely will return to this Lake George gem!.

We were originally scheduled to stay at Annette and DJ’s home during the holidays for a New Year family ski trip. Unfortunately, due to Covid we had to cancel our trip the day before our scheduled arrival. Annette was very accommodating and very responsive. She gave us an option to either reschedule or get a full refund. We opted to reschedule. We just got back from a 5 days stay/ski trip. It was an incredible time! The weather couldn’t have been perfect with fresh snow everywhere. The house was very cozy and it was perfect for a family of 10. There is a bonus area where all the kids stayed and made it into their own space. The bedrooms were a good size and the bed in the master was very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, fresh linens and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was also located near everything (Walmart, liquor stores, etc). Overall, it was a great stay for the whole family and definitely a memorable one. Thank you Annette and DJ for being a great host. Stay well!
