Townhouse Varadero is a charming terraced house, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, functionality, and a privileged location to enjoy the Algarve in a relaxed setting.
The living and dining area follows an open plan layout, creating a warm and fluid space for socializing and shared meals, with a harmonious connection to the rest of the house.
On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom, providing added convenience for daily use.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, including one double bedroom en suite with a bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and an additional bathroom with shower serving this level, ensuring comfort for all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a practical and functional space for preparing meals during your stay.
Outside, the pleasant top floor terrace stands out, offering sea views and an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunsets. The shared condominium area features two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, perfect for leisure moments with family.
Located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, the townhouse is close to restaurants, amenities, and some of the region’s best beaches.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests
From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

We had a lovely time during our visit. Everything felt comfortable, relaxing and incredibly easy, and the location made our days even better. The team was friendly and helpful, and we also enjoyed one of the boat tours they arranged for us. Definitely a place we would return to.

We had a very pleasant stay and loved the overall atmosphere. Everything felt smooth from check-in to check-out, and the area offered plenty of nice spots nearby. We also appreciated the airport transfer service, which made our arrival super convenient.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. The place had a welcoming vibe, and we especially liked having good restaurants around, including the Algarbe, which was a great recommendation from the staff. Perfect for a peaceful break.

Good stay however, managing company gave very vague instructions on how to enter property, use of key remotes, roll down gate usage, garage location. Also stated there was no safe in the home when there actually was.
