Tradewinds Condos, in the heart of Saint Augustines' Crescent Beach is the perfect spot for your vacation getaway. The condo is steps away from the sugar sand beach, and just across the street is the private boat ramp and dock on the Intercoastal waterway.
This section of Saint Augustine is prized by those looking for a bit quieter area, with less traffic on the beach, and on the road. A couple miles further South than most condos, Tradewinds offers nice amenities, easy water access, and private beach access.
The condo has two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of living room and kitchen space, and is on the ground floor, so no walking up flights of stairs with the kids or groceries! The patio overlooks the pool, so let the kids swim while you relax with a good book and a cold drink just a few yards away.

This unit was extremely clean, modern, and well supplied with all the necessities for a week of relaxation and fun! Owner was very, very friendly and answered the phone immediately whenever I had a question. I usually stay on the 3rd floor of this complex but now prefer the bottom as the pool and ocean are steps from the door! Hope to be back in September!

Perfect for a family getaway. Only complaint is that the pool is not heated. The condo was perfect for us.

Always great here. A little difficult getting to the beach due to the still unfinished access to the beach, but have heard they are going to improve the high steps and difficult climb by building a ramp along the new sea wall which will be awesome.

We have stayed in this complex for the last 12 years. This was our first time at this condo and we loved it. The first floor is so convenient. The condo was very clean. We locked ourselves out and were met within 30 minutes with a key. We will stay here again.
