About this house rental
Built in 2000, the Grouse Ridge Luxury Home offers all the new amenities discerning guests will enjoy (alder floors, countless windows, new bathrooms, etc.) along with panoramic lake views, hot tub, cathedral ceilings with river rock fireplace, luxury furniture appointments, and
Main Level: Features a gourmet wrap around kitchen with island & commercial appliances, spacious living room with cathedral ceilings with river rock gas fireplace, separate family room/pool table room with widescreen TV and gas stove and half bath, dining room table that seats 10, and the main deck area with propane barbecue, patio furniture, hot tub, and grass sitting area. This is also the level for the attached 2 car garage.
Upstairs: There are two staircases in the home and this stairwell takes you to the queen bedroom, the hall bath immediately adjacent to it, the bunk room, the other bedroom with a king bed and another bathroom at the end of the hallway (next to this king bedroom).
Upstairs: The second short staircase takes you to the primary bedroom with king bed, office area, and spacious ensuite with dual vanity and walk-in shower, and jetted tub.
The property is located in the Big Springs area of Northstar California and has access to the wonderful homeowners association facilities and free shuttles around Northstar California. In the winter, guests can access the outdoor spas, year around lap pool, and fitness center. In the summer, guests can enjoy the tennis/pickleball courts, bocce courts, outdoor heated pool, barbecue areas, and playground.
All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

The house was beautiful, well-kept, and fun! We could not have asked for anything more!
The cleaning crew was still working when we arrived at 5pm. But after we got into the house, everything about the house was perfect. It is literally the most well maintained house we have ever rented!

Great house, big and open. Perfect for dogs as well with easy access to outdoors to let them roam. Despite having minimal snow, we had a great time.
