You are able to launch your own canoes or paddle boards or hire from a local Watersports Centre.
From Llanuwchllyn railway station, take a scenic journey on the Bala Lake Railway, a narrow-gauge heritage railway that winds along the shores of Bala Lake. Castell Carndochan is a historic ruin perched on a hilltop, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
