You stay in a luxurious new apartment of 60m2, on the ground floor, surrounded by a large terrace which goes around the apartment, a small villa on the sea!
"Les Goelands" offers splendid accommodation for 2 adults and a child, with breathtaking views on the sea and the entrance to the marina of Solenzara; all in a high-end residence just above a small beach and in the heart of the village of Solenzara.
From your apartment you will have direct access to the infinity pool with the sea as the only horizon in a landscaped environment with Mediterranean essences.
You also benefit from secure private parking in the residence.
The apartment, carefully decorated and very bright, is arranged as follows:
- A fully equipped new kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob.
- A large living-dining room adjoining the kitchen which opens directly onto the terrace with a splendid sea view; it is equipped with a high table and 4 chairs, a living room sofa, armchair and television with all TNT channels.
- A bedroom (140 bed) opening onto the port side terrace with its small adjoining shower room (shower and sink) as well as a large dressing room.
- A small bedroom (bed 90) opening onto the terrace on the village side also with its small shower room and small storage spaces (no dressing room).
Outside; a very large covered terrace, fully equipped (dining area and small garden furniture) suitable for relaxation with a unique view of the sea, the entrance to the port and the pretty little cove. A small mediterranean garden completes the whole with direct access to the beautiful infinity pool.

A cleaning contribution of €40 will be requested upon your arrival as well as a deposit of €500.
