Die Lage ist einerseits toll, mitten im Städtchen und nahe am Strand. Das Gebäude ist ruhig. Wohnzimmer, das grosse Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse sind top, die Klimaanlage ebenfalls. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Die Aussicht auf den riesigen Parkplatz ist sosolala. Das Bad ist eng und etwas schmuddelig (Schimmel, verrottete Dichtungen). Das kleine Schlafzimmer ist supereng, harte Betten, null Stauraum. MIt etwas Liebe und einer Mini-Renovation könnte man aus dieser Wohnung ein echtes Bijou zaubern!
