The Living room features a spacious light filled area with a nap worthy sofa and two club chairs adorned with colorful pillows, creating an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Utah. Large Windows allow natural light to flood the space, offering stunning views of the surrounding red rock formations. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the large Smart TV (Roku) for streaming your own entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, inviting you to whip up delicious meals or simply enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out for your day’s adventures.
Sit and enjoy your meal at the dining room table with seating for 6 people. There is additional seating at the kitchen counter for 3 people.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Step into the private patio to breathe the clean desert air and settle into the soft outdoor seating. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or stargazing at night, the panoramic views of the majestic red rocks will leave you in awe. Throw a steak on the natural gas grill and enjoy a cold beverage while watching the setting sun.
The extended driveway has space for large vehicles and trailers. There is an adjacent parking lot for extra vehicles.
Our community has a shared swimming pool and hot tub a short walk away that were recently renovated.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, an attached full bathroom, and a TV.
The second bedroom has two XL twin beds and a TV.
The third bedroom has a new King size bed and new furnishings.
The second full bathroom is shared by the last two bedrooms.

We loved our stay here! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook most meals. The furnishings were nice and not cookie-cutter. There were pool towels and the bath towels were really nice and thick. There was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub, which were great. And we didn’t mind the drive to town.Communication with the host was great and they were quick to respond to concerns. The beds were very firm. Probably the firmest bed I’ve ever slept on, which can be rough as a side sleeper. We also found it awkward to watch a movie as a group because there were really only soft chairs for 5, so someone had to be on a hard chair. There were a few things not quite as clean as we hoped, but nothing major.
