1) The space is nice, newer appliances etc
2) My friends liked the pool area and that the other one was also being upgraded
1) tv in living room was hard to use the remote and change input
2) description didn’t specify that the unit was in the middle , or that all 3 bedrooms were upstairs
3) we had 2 trailers, and hard time parking
4) other units give a good description of these items, and while I could have asked questions, the description did not leave questions. Using the wrong words to describe could cause future issues. I would have preferred to save money and stay at the unit I rented in the same neighborhood in 2024, where there were only 4 units, and lots of parking.
5) management company is not empathetic in any way, and I was very upset
