Cozy village house with a small patio pool (available from July), located in the centre of Els Poblets, very well maintained and accommodating up to 4 guests.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with direct access to the patio where the pool is located, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) in the kitchen, living-dining room and bedrooms, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Spanish TV and satellite TV (ASTRA), Wi-Fi internet, terrace furniture, electric radiator in the bathroom and kitchen, outdoor shower, ceramic hob, etc.
The sandy beach is approximately 2 km away. Els Poblets is a charming small coastal village with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The centre of Dénia is 9.5 km away and can easily be reached by car in around 10 minutes. The Dénia region on the Costa Blanca is an ideal holiday destination, offering a mild Mediterranean climate, long sandy beaches and beautiful mountain scenery. Dénia boasts excellent infrastructure and a wide range of leisure activities, including a marina, fish market, beautiful historic centre and an outstanding gastronomic scene, as well as a lively nightlife. Its 20 km of coastline offer something for everyone, including water sports, surfing, sailing, beach bars, sunbathing areas and beautiful coves. Dénia is located midway between Valencia and Alicante, with both airports approximately one hour away by car.
