Wi-Fi is a complimentary extra and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.
High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1 large shower towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, per vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.”, and many other services:
- Premium linens package without setup service (bed linens, shower towel, hand towel), 16.00 EUR per person
- Setup service for bed linens, 4.00 EUR per
