About this house rental
Your vacation can begin here. With approximately 80 square meters of living space, our conveniently located middle townhouse offers plenty of room for up to 5 adults. It is laid out as follows:
Ground Floor
Large living room with dining area and open kitchen.
The kitchen was renovated in the spring of 2025 and now includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.
The dining area is furnished with a round table and 6 comfortable chairs.
The sofa area invites you to relax and unwind in front of the flat-screen TV.
There is also a guest restroom and a storage room with a washing machine.
Upper Floor
The entire upper floor was renovated in December 2025 and fitted with continuous vinyl flooring. The bedroom has been freshly furnished. A double bed (180 x 200 cm) with new mattresses invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. There is plenty of space here for the existing crib. The children’s room features two single beds (90 x 00 cm) placed one behind the other. The bathroom features a walk-in shower for easy access, and the closets provide ample storage space for your personal belongings.
Attic
Studio with a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2 m) for two people, a wardrobe, a second TV, and carpeted floors throughout.
You’ll also find a radio/CD player, an iron and ironing board, blackout blinds, books, games, and much more in the house.
For our younger guests, we’ve provided a crib, high chair, changing pad, toilet seat, and toys. There’s also a special children’s set with a table and two chairs for drawing, crafts, and play.
In the outdoor storage shed, you’ll find garden chairs, a table, a patio umbrella, and a grill.
The communal garden is fenced in.

Pets are allowed; a one-time fee of 20.00 euros per pet applies.
