The inviting living space features plush seating around a television, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table, and a grand stone fireplace with wood provided during the winter months. Beautiful summer gardens, a grassy lawn, and brand-new carpeting throughout ensure a relaxing stay for up to 10 guests, with a dog-friendly beach located just a short walk away.
Ideally located for year-round recreation, the home sits just minutes from local favorites like Gar Woods Restaurant and the Post Office Cafe, as well as summer activities like mini-golf and kayak rentals. In the winter, top ski destinations including Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, and Alpine Meadows are all within a 20- to 25-minute drive. Whether you are hitting the slopes or relaxing by the water, Belle's Bungalow provides a comfortable home base for any Lake Tahoe getaway.

-Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
-This is a dog-friendly house but in order to bring a dog, you must pay a $100 dog fee per dog, 2 dog maximum. If you bring a dog without paying the dog fee, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property.
-Check-out time is 10 AM.
-Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
-Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
-Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4

NIce rustic property with lots of room. Also dog friendly. Our two dogs had a great vacation too and made friends with the neighbor's dogs. 😊

The area and property were beautiful. Great location and close to Truckee, Tahoe City, Incline and Good restaurants. The house was nice and cozy and fit our needs perfectly, but inside definitely needs some updating. The living room furniture Needs to be Changed (very worn and small holes) and the carpet upstairs needs to be changed. The upstairs has no ventilation except a French door at the end of a pretty large room, which cannot be left open at night otherwise moths and mosquitoes will fly in. It was hard to sleep because it was so warm. In our opinion, Screens need to be added to all doors and windows that do not have one so the outdoors and fresh air can be enjoyed. The hot tub was awesome!! And the unattached extra room was cool!! Bathrooms were nice too!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house!!
