Villa Leshy

The villa was off the beaten track just outside Quinta Do Lago. It is quite an old villa but was good on many points. The lounge was great, nice sofa with a good TV with lots of channels. Cool in the daytime as well. The Pool is a pretty good size and was cleaned halfway through the week. There is a small shallow pool attached to the main pool which is great for young children. The garden was nice. Its on a large property. The automatic entrance gate was a bonus. The bedrooms were really nice with aircon in every room. Beds were comfy. The only thing letting the property down are the bathrooms and kitchen. The bathrooms need modernisation, the water pressure was good but they are very dated and not very appealing to use. The kitchen while clean and functional really could do with a revamp. Appliances were good though. We did not use the upstairs balcony, we felt it was a bit of a redundant area. The location of the villa is very handy for golf and access to Quinta but it is not on the resort, it did not bother us however. There are some great restaurant's close by. Overall we had a nice relaxing week. Good communication with the property letting company.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Leshy. Overall the property is a bit dated (the bathrooms in particular) however, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was fine for the showers. The pool had lots of bits floating on the surface (even after the pool cleaner had been). The outside furniture was really good. It is a bit off the beaten track but Ubers did find us. I would suggest taking plenty of insect repellant (there were plug ins in the bedrooms).
