Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely 40 m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower!
The homely living room features a convertible sofa bed and a table, perfect for relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and a microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. There's also a dining table for two. The apartment also has a washer with a dryer integrated into it and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. You'll find a wide-screen smart TV offering multiple streaming options and a desk for your convenience. Outside, there's a private courtyard with seating areas, ideal for lounging and enjoying sunny days.
The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

The 7th arrondissement is located on the left bank. It extends from rue des Saints-Pères to Avenue de Suffren. It is also known as the "Arrondissement du Palais-Bourbon". The district is full of tourist sites and museums: between the Invalides and its Army Museum, the Eiffel Tower, which is no longer on display, the Grand Palais and its temporary exhibitions, which can be booked months in advance (but they are worth it!), the Quai Branly Museum and its collection from all over the world, the Rodin Museum and its many sculptures, and many more, your thirst for culture and the arts will be satisfied!
I also strongly advise you to try the experience of a starred chef, Jean-François Piège, head chef of the famous Crillon, who offers in his Thoumieux brewery an excellent value for money with - excuse me - a view of the Eiffel Tower! Or the Pottoka, where chef Sébastien Gravé honours his native region, the Basque Country, with refined and surprising dishes. Run there, you won't be disappointed! It's, without hesitation, my favourite spot in the neighbourhood.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, École Militaire, is just a 1-minute walk.
Orly Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Nice property in a great location. The entry to the building is not particularly attractive and the interior hallway is quite dark. Access instructions to the unit itself could have been clearer, but once inside, the unit is clean, quiet, and modern as depicted in the photos. Several sidewalk cafes are just steps away for coffee or meals. A grocery store and metro station are just around the corner. Notwithstanding our first impressions from the entry, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

This apartment was perfect! It is bigger than the pictures make it seem and we loved every minute of our stay with us. The check in process we encountered a hiccup but the owner was there quickly to help us get in to the apartment and she was very kind and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect and we were able to walk to so many of the sites, and the metro is just a few steps away. The terrace was lovely and a nice addition to an already beautiful spot! My only concern about giving a good review is that it will be booked the next time I want to come to Paris! I 100% recommend this for your stay.

Check in needed more details as it took us about 15-20 mins to figure it out. The condo was fantastic - huge, clean, comfortable, everything you'd need - extra linens, washing machine, AC! Great location - tons of restaurants, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, metro is just steps away! We'll definitely stay here again!
