About this apartment rental
This typical apartment with private entrance through the terrace looks more like a townhouse than an apartment because you will be so quiet. It's up to you to choose, we our little corner of paradise, we call it the Tchacanda. (in reference to the stilted cabins).
If you want to benefit from all the amenities of the city center while having the beach, the seawall and the sea 50 meters from the apartment, then this apartment will undoubtedly suit you. Come and recharge your batteries on holiday in Arcachon, enjoy a quiet and air-conditioned apartment, stroll around town after the beach, do your market Place des Marquises 100 meters away to prepare the evening barbecue and of course do some shopping without taking the car.
The TGV train station is an 8-minute walk away. You will find the market square 100 meters from the apartment, a supermarket 50 meters away, all restaurants and shops at the foot of the apartment.
You are in the center but the apartment is at the end of a typical Arcachon pedestrian cul-de-sac which will allow you to enjoy in the calm of its large perfectly furnished terrace overlooking the living room and the open kitchen with its large bay window. You will appreciate the terrace when you return from the beach for convivial moments since the large table allows you to meet with 8 people.
The apartment benefits from a 4* furnished tourist classification which is a guarantee of quality and comfort.
The 2 bedrooms offer you a double bed 160 width for one and 2 bunk beds for the other. If you have a baby, a travel cot made available free of charge will also find its place perfectly.
The sofa bed in the living room will accommodate 2 additional people. In all, you can sleep 6.
In terms of comfort, air conditioning for hot days and heating if you want to enjoy Arcachon in autumn or winter.

As for the bathroom with window, you will find a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet area separated by the shower by a wall and a washing machine.
For your comfort, the beds will be made on arrival and you will benefit from a bath towel and a towel per person.
