Easily accessible and Clean comfortable

I like the bed size and the cleaniness of the room and bathroom, the kitchen is and dining area is big and filled with necessary amenities. The compound is spacious and serene with a nice outdoor sitting area. Property was very secure and i was provided with keys and instructions on how to access the compound & building. The host was very helpful and understanding.

The bathroom was outside the room and i had to cross the hallway to use the toilet or take a bath

My room was serviced once during my 7 night stay and I appreciated that. The owner sent an email apologizing for rowdy guests the previous night and assured me that it would not happen again.

There was nobody available to let me in and I had to phone the owner who had to phone somebody to come and let me in. He did apologise for the invonvenience. The lady then came out dressed in pajama pants and a t-shirt. I do not regard this as professional. The toilet seat did not have a lid so I was faced with an open toilet everytime I went past or into the bathroom. This may not be an issue for other people, but I believe a toilet lid should be closed when not in use.

A quirky budget stay conveniently located

Clean and excellent location, good bed.

"Private bathroom" does not mean en-suite, only a separate shower and toilet across the passage reserved for the room, so you have to traipse through public spaces to get to it. Parking also challenging/tight so had to move my vehicle at 5:30 to allow other guests out.

Great place to set up for a Cape Town trip

I enjoyed the facilities that were available. I stayed a week and was very comfortable and, more importantly, very secure . I stayed in the family room.a d enjoyed the quiet garden.

I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cape Town. It's central to all areas of Cape Town!! Close to the airport and all saints shopping centres.

Everything was spot on. The rooms are exactly what you see on the photos #NoLies,bed was comfortable..rooms are clean ..it's quiet. Overall feeling of home away from home...

Gute Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - nah zur N1 und trotzdem ruhig gelegen

Nähe zur N1 und damit Fahrzeit bis in die Stadt und zu anderen Punkten in und um die Stadt. Schöne neue Dusche. Pool. Ruhe in der Nacht

Sehr enge Einfahrt zum Parken. Wasser floss im Waschbecken nicht ab - viele Haare und Dreck im Ablauf. Eine Wand hatte einen Wasserschaden, der leicht hätte entfernt werden können. Keine Steckdose neben dem Bett. Sehr kleine Kitchenett. Es gab keine Möglichkeit zum Abspülen des Geschirrs. Die Unterkunft versprühte keinen eigenen speziellen Charme und ist einfach zweckmäßig. Das bewertete Zimmer ist das erste Zimmer neben dem Pool.
