O que mais gostamos foi da localização! E sem dúvida que o apartamento é enorme!

Muito pó, por casa das obras! O apartamento também tem alguns pormenores que necessitam de manutenção! Outro detalhe é o blackout dos quartos ao amanhecer.

The rooms were huge. Plenty of space. Lots of closet space (not many hangers) 3 big rooms, 2 with en suites and an additional bathroom Despite the bathrooms being a bit dated, the showers had good pressure. Pool area is large, clean, plenty of sun beds and parasols all free for use. 1 parking space, and woe betied you if you park in the wrong spot.

Communication was challenging. The number on booking.com was not the number that contacted us 3 days before arrival. There was then a third number to contact once we were on our way. Unfortunately that person was busy which resulted in us waiting 30 mins outside the property for the keys. We were given one set of keys which was difficult to navigate between all of us, and you need keys to get into the parking garage, the main door, the pool and the apartment. We made the mistake of parking in the wrong spot, and was instantly messaged by one of the numbers. We found the car with a note taped to it - honestly, our error (as the parking garage is in almost darkness). but when we then message to ask about bins, we were ignored by all 3 numbers. The freezer did not work. There is a washing machine, but no clothes airer. There is a tumble dryer, but not helpful if swimwear cannot be tumble dried. There is a lot of building work going on in front of the property. They start dead on 8am, and finish between 7 and 8pm. Every day except sunday. This is loud, and creates dust all on the balcony (which means you can't hang clothes out there) We had requested a travel cot on the original booking. The original booking contact ignored this for a couple of weeks. We arrived - there was no cot. Thankfully the bed was large enough to have the baby in with us, and they brought a cot for us on the second day (*and let themselves in to the apartment when we were not there, despite us arranging a time to meet them there) There is no air con (air con is not on the listing, so I was not surprised by this) but it is worth noting as it is hot, there are no fans in the property, and you can't have the balcony doors open due to dust / constant noise, so it does get very warm in there. Wifi is strong, but in the tv unit cupboard, so you need to leave the drawer open, as it overheats. Smart tv with apps
