Lovely apartment with a sea view and everything you need close by.
The Dubai of Medeira is currently under construction in front of the view so sadly no view going forward and current noise from building site 7am starts. We were out for most of the day so not a big issue for us. Of course this is out of the control of the host.

It was well equipped, clean and easy to work everything
Noise of nearby building works during the day. Easily solved by going out!

The apartment itself is brilliant. It’s spacious and comfortable.
For me the big issue was the noise from outside. Not just the building works that are going ahead but even without that the road noise is significant as the apartment is right in a road.
Road noise and currently the relentless drilling from building works.
Could also be cleaner.
