A fuir. On ne devrait pas trouver ce type de logement sur Booking

Rien seul son emplacement est bon

Un couloir agencé en logement . La chambre donne sur la rue . Tout est mal bricolé, sale, sombre et en plus le lit est défoncé . Sans parler de la salle de bain avec la Vidange du lavabo qui se fait directement dans le bac de douche !

Vacanza rilassante e confortevole

Alloggio ampio ed accogliente, con una scala di accesso in legno artistica e “particolare”. Si trova in centro ed è vicino ad una pizzeria e ad un piccolo supermercato. Il proprietario è stato molto preciso nel dare indicazioni relative al parcheggio e ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente preparandoci con cura la tavola per la cena.

Spacieux

Trop bruyant. Logement au-dessus d'un feu de circulation. Bruit des moteurs présent toute la nuit. Trop de vis à vis avec les autres logements. Pas de détecteur incendie, finition très limites, ça ne fait pas clean.

Het parkeren., was nog best duur en niet duidelijk. Het lawaai van de buurtbewoners buiten. De trap naar boven

Rien à dire hors mis la borne wifi qui n’était pas en place, mais gros avantage, le propriétaire est intervenu très rapidement pour la mettre en place.

Comme dans la plus part des logements que j’ai loué, dommage que les anciens locataires n’est pas communiquer les problèmes invisible sur l’appartement au propriétaire, pour qu’il puisse intervenir sur les réparations à faire ou à prévoir… par exemple télécommande TV hors service, heureusement une fois de plus intervention rapide du propriétaire
