Logement en plein centre, au 1er étage. Facile d'accès depuis la gare SNCF. On peut visiter Moulins à pied sans soucis.
L’appartement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et propre.
Il y a les produits de base pour faire la cuisine (sel, poivre, café, thé, sucre).
Coté vaisselle, un saladier ne serait pas de trop. Surtout en été pour se régaler de bonnes salades composées.

L'appartement est bien situé et le lit est confortable.
La rue et l'entrée de l'immeuble sont très sales et peu engageants. L'installation est correcte mais un peu précaire (un seul fauteuil inconfortable, douche minuscule) et le logement est assez sombre.
