Cozy apartment within the center of Moulins, great for couples looking for a weekend stay!

This apartment was really cozy, and offered so much in a very small place. It's great for 2 people, and you can see a lot of thought has been put into the design of the apartment. The owner provides all the utensils you would need in the kitchen and even left a box of candles and essential oils, to really make you feel at home. The apartment is situated in a fantastic location within the center of Moulins, I was able to park my car outside the apartment for the whole weekend for just 60 cents, and everything was within walking distance.

L'emplacement proche du centre de Moulins est appréciable.

Le logement présente une odeur très fortement désagréable d'humidité et de renfermé. En effet il n'y a pas de VMC et ça commence à se voir (moisissures). La propriété laisse a désirer ! Le canapé lit ne correspond pas à la description pour un lit d'appoint pour deux personnes. Le logement est plus pour deux que pour quatre. J'ai pu lire les commentaires qui parlait d'une prise arrachée du mur datant de 2023. Celle ci n'a toujours pas été réparée.

El apartamento está bien ubicado y decorado con gusto.

Para empezar no se puede publicar como un apartamento para cuatro personas ya que es minúsculo. De hecho no hay espacio ni para colocar las maletas. El sofá-cama es incómodo y pequeño para dos personas y el colchón de la cama de la habitación principal se hunde. La reforma está hecha de pena, según vas pisando el suelo vas notando desniveles y el baño huele fatal. Para terminar, piden realizar la limpieza del apartamento o abonar 10€. Esto no me ha parecido bien porque en el anuncio de booking no está reflejado.

Mieux nettoyé, je recommande ce logement.

Le logement était suffisant pour notre week end en famille. Très facile d'accès, bien situé par rapport au centre ville de Moulins. Le propriétaire a laissé de très bonnes adresses pour se restaurer ou visiter.

Petit bémol concernant la propreté. Les anciens locataires n'avaient pas nettoyés le frigo ni le micro onde, donc pas très agréable de se retrouver avec les restes des autres.

Un appartement situé à deux pas des commerces, un intérieur très propre avec des couleurs se marient bien, un très beau décor, une cuisine équipée de qualité. Je suis à 100% satisfait du bon choix effectué. J’espère pouvoir y retourner très prochainement 👌🏾

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la situation du logement. Le logement est proche du centre historique, tout se fait à pied. Également à proximité immédiate d'une supérette. Le logement est très calme. L'hôte nous indique un parking gratuit à proximité. Le logement est bien équipé.

La literie n'est pas du tout confortable, que ce soit le lit ou le canapé lit. Nous étions 4, nous aurons aimé avoir 4 serviettes de toilette (il y en avait 2). Nous n'avons jamais réussi à trouver le réseau wifi. Petit bémol, il y avait du shampoing mais pas de gel douche

La situation en centre ville, la communication de l'hôte, la literie 10/10, la facilité de se garer(arrivé à 15H00, mis 3 euros dans parcmètre, placé juste devant l'appartement jusqu'à 10H00 le lendemain pour 3 euros., la propreté, le matériel de cuisine neuf, les petites attentions, le calme.
