great location within easy walking distance to restaurants bars and transport to the airport, also quiet.

Although the bedroom was ok the rest of the property especially the living room and kitchen area could have done with a thorough clean. The TV cables and wifi box need to be tidied up. The courtyard is not private as there are apartments with open windows looking out onto it. You need to keep the curtains closed in the bedroom and bathroom as very exposed and in close proximity to the windows of the other apartments. To have to pay a EUR500 DEPOSIT for possible damages I felt we were being held to ransom, especially since the handle on the bathroom sink cupboard door was already broken but was just sitting on the bracket when we arrived. I did not sleep at all whilst I was there as worried we would have our credit card debited for something we did not do. Most of the furniture was either damaged or stained already and the total value of everything in the property was worth less EUR300. My own fault for not checking the policy prior to the cancellation deadline.

Great location, very clean and communication was good.

The front door lock is very problematic and I was thankful my husband could twiddle the key just right because it was stuck in the lock for half an hour before we could figure out the trick. It was also very hot despite the fans. And the neighbours are up talking loudly all night with their windows open.

The location was great. The accommodation had everything we needed. Powerful shower and a proper hairdryer.

The patio area wasn't private, a young boy sat on his window ledge, able to see down into our patio and also into our bathroom. There were some loud phone conversations and the TV going on till quite late all of which disturbed our sleep. Another person smoked out of the window flicking ash onto the patio area. We didn't make use of the patio area as we wanted to. Possibly benefit from 2 additional pillows on the bed, although we used cushions from the settee.

Posición muy buena y tranquila

La fianza oculta de 500€ es el doble que el precio para alojarnos y ha tardado más de 10 días en devolverse. Las dos puertas son problemáticas, abren y cierran mal con el riesgo de que se rompan o te quedes afuera. El piso es muy antiguo y se renovó de prisa dejando cosas no acabadas (pladur visible en la ducha). No hay papel de cocina, la botella de aceite estaba vacía y la de aceite de freír pintaba abierta desde siglos. Los vecinos tiraron cosas en el patio que tuvimos que recoger y limpiar por miedo a que nos quitaran la fianza.
