Everything is new and mostly feels clean. The pool looked nice though we didn’t use it. Peaceful location on the island - about 10 mins in taxi to north end, walkable to punta sur
Facilities were limited, no handwash in the bathroom for example. No coffee. Very basic provisions. No outside furniture for pool or balcony to relax outside. Mainly the concierge was kind of unhelpful. We didn’t get full address until 3pm on arrival which made it difficult to tell taxi where to take us, and also couldn’t get in until 3pm on the dot even when we arrived 5 mins earlier with 2 kids. Seems unnecessary as property was ready.
