Located on the south and quieter end of the island, it overlooks the Garrafon Natural Reef Park – where snorkeling, kayaking, flying over Isla Mujeres on the zip-line and detoxing at the Mayan sauna is just at your doorstep.
If a day of total relaxation is more up your alley, take a dip in the infinity pool and later indulge in a well-deserved siesta.

• For more privacy head to our elegantly appointed master bedroom (1224sq feet) with ensuite. It includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and lounge and flows through to a private spacious balcony for more sensational views.
Rooftop terrace:
• Grab a book and perfect your tan on our sun-beds or hammocks while the rest cook up a BBQ storm. Flow of drinks must apply. Catch more views of our pristine waters and Cancun skyline.

Delia the manager was very responsive and easy to reach through the app. The unit is secure and well equipped with plenty of towels and supplies. It's three levels starting on the third floor, so you'll stay in shape. The shared lap pool is very long and well maintained. From the pool and from all levels of the unit, enjoy the always beautiful view of the Caribbean and the lights of Cancun.

Beautiful views from all three balconies. The condo was well stocked and well supplied. The only trouble we had was noise from the street late at night for my son in the second bedroom, but we did stay over the Christmas holiday and the island was quite busy with parties. Overall, a wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed for a week to celebrate my birthday this year. I can’t say enough great things about this condo. Delia, the house manager, was extremely communicative. When we were a little delayed due to the weather, Cesar waited for us to arrive for check in and show us around. Both are extremely nice and helpful.
We prefer to stay on the calmer south end of the island, and this condo did not disappoint. The views are absolutely breathtaking, from the living room to the master bedroom, to the top sun deck. The master bed and bedding was very comfortable. I’m quite the bed snob and have struggled with this at other rentals, so was very pleasantly surprised to get a great night’s sleep every night. I had to finish up a little work upon our arrival, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The AC was also great throughout. We even had to turn it up a little after spending the day in the sun. The pool was refreshing and relaxing in the afternoons. The Joint nearby was great for breakfast, afternoon snacks/drinks and live music. There were plenty of dishes, nice towels (even beach towels- thanks!), and all the necessities. While the stairs felt like a bit of a hike the first couple of days, we got accustomed to them after that and they were a definite fair trade for the unbeatable views. Overall, fantastic stay and experience, and we will be back!
