I was staying for 1 month, using it as an intermediate accommodation till I find something for long-term. The building is run by some company called Bloqq and located on the territory of the Pine Mill student accommodation complex (the Booking.com map is wrong!), with all the contacts available on the ground referring to Mezzino group, which seem to be the owner for the rest of the complex. Before booking my room I approached the complex reception and enquired about available rooms and was given a sort of business card with a phone number saying 'Airbnb manager /Name/', which later turned out to be the number of a person to hand me in the room keys. Was calling him back then several times a day for 2 days to no avail and only on the third he eventually returned me a call. However, on the day of my arrival I was more lucky and he responded and showed up quite quickly, but answered my questions in hardly few words and overall gave an impression of a person trying to get rid of an another annoying customer as soon as possible. The flat was organised 'vertically' - rooms were upstairs, two per floor, and the kitchen and the lounge/living room based on the ground floor. Therefore, you have to run back and forth down and upstairs from your room whenever you need something from the communal areas. The room itself was tidy and clean, however, quite tiny. With a chair left at the desk you can hardly squeeze in-between the chair and the bathroom wall/door. The bed had pillows, a blanket and all the bedding. In the kitchen there were an electric stove/cooker, a built-in microwave, an oven, two fridges, and a washer. The chairs available in the kitchen are not very comfortable to use, being slightly shorter than the table itself. The lounge area had a TV and a sofa. A vacuum cleaner/hoover was available as well.

It seemed that cleaning of the communal areas was never provided. The garbage bins were 'overflowing' (at some point I had to dispose them myself) and the floor was covered with some greasy stains. The shelves in fridges were packed with various food, some of which was obviously left by previous dwellers, being not touched for my whole 1 month stay. It was not clear whether we are responsible for the cleaning or somebody is supposed to do it (as it was arranged at the rest of Pine Mill accommodation buildings). The cupboards and shelves in the room had a very limited space and I struggled to fit my not that numerous belongings inside. There were USB plugs for charging at the back of the bed, but no at the desk for some reason. Since May 2026 the accommodation is not available for non-students anymore. But if you are a student, there are lots of more well-kept and cheaper options in the city, so IMHO it makes no sense to book this particular Bloqq-run place.
