The location was perfect. It's a 10-minute walk from Tokushima train station across the Shinmachi River, and 1 block from Awa Odori Kaikan theater. Close to many restaurants & shops. The English-speaking inn proprietor could not be nicer, with many helpful recommendations and suggestions. She was eager to share local knowledge and connect visitors with other local, English speaking restaurants, tour guides. She helped us find a good breakfast cafe, and where to get dinner (1 of us is vegetarian). We could text our questions and we received immediate, helpful, and insightful assistance, within minutes. Very clean facility, very organized, with adequate space to store bicycles. We would love to return someday and explore more of Shikoku island.

No safe place to store luggage but we were able to find secure lockers in the train station, 10 minutes away. We booked the last room and it was a bit small for 2 tall adults, but we made do, since we were outdoors most of the day.

エアコンの効きはいまいちだったが、お部屋が広いから仕方ないのかな。

I stayed at Cycle & Stay during my cycling trip around Shikoku in June 2026. I was intrigued by the cycling aspect and was not disappointed. They have a place for cyclists to store their bikes inside and they lock the doors at night. They also had various basic tools available (I didn't need them but was nice to know they are there).

阿波踊りの会場に近く利便性はよかつたです。従業員さんの対応がとても親切でした。

部屋がせますぎた。TVがなく不便でした。トイレがウオシュレットでなく日本では珍しいですね。 衣類の置くところなくバックに詰めたままで過ごした。
