Le point fort de ce logement est l'endroit très central à quelques pas de l'un des places principales, de la rue du shopping et du très célèbre théâtre Ariston. Propriétaire très sympathique mais absolument discrète.
Comme tous les vieux bâtiments en Italie, les châssis devraient être changés tant pour l'isolation acoustique que pour l'isolation thermique.
Si la litérie est correcte, il faudrait remplacer les vielles couvertures par des couettes beaucoup plus hygiéniques, surtout pour les personnes avec des allergies

Big room without sink, shower or toilet which are shared with the owners. Perfect location in the center of Sanremo and very nice owners. The appartement is very well decorated.
The bed was a bit too hard and not very comfortable.
There is place to park in the garage nearby, but its a bit expensive.
