Location. Cleanliness.
Everything was new and clean.
The temperature in the room was difficult to control and had a limited range.

There was no mattress cover just a sheet on the the mattress . And the air conditioning was limited to a temperature that was adjusted by the hotel.

Location. Surprisingly good breakfast. Morning staff was polite and welcoming, and spoke English.
Room was clean.
Would I come back? No. If I knew how bad it is in general, I would have booked a different hotel.
Also I was staying in Novotel in Poland and had a great experience.
Evening waiting staff in restaurant: except for a man, the two waitresses were borderline rude and indifferent, no smile Nobody seemed to speak English, they were switching to German all the time which luckily I can speak a little.
Bed was narrow and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Chairs were weird and similarly uncomfortable. There was only one bottle of water.
Food in the restaurant was very bland. No wonder the restaurant was nearly empty.
