Amazing location, clean room, shame about the smelly bathroom
The location was perfect! So close to the main square and all the activity. The roads driving there were pretty scary, but we made it. The room was clean and comfortable.
We didn’t really have any interaction with any staff so I can’t say that they were attentive. But the biggest issue was the awful smell in the bathroom. When we arrived in the room there was an overwhelming, sickening smell of fake perfume. I said to my husband we need to find the room freshener and get it out of here, we never found it but quickly realised why they fumigate the rooms with that. Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever smelt anything as bad as that bathroom.

Generally good hotel for Cuetzalan
The location is good, staff is great. Room was clean and new. Music at the restaurant was loud and continued a bit late in the night. The mattress was hard as a rock, which made for a couple of uncomfortable nights.
The bed was really hard and the noise from the music at the restaurant. The hallway lights were a bit bright in the room.

Our stay was beautiful and relaxing.
Great location and the rooms were very comfortable! Thankful to have Air Conditioning in the rooms and the staff were all so nice and helped us when we had questions. Don’t forget to grab a meal at the on-site restaurant. The food is delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excelente hotel
Hotel cómodo, bonito, limpio. De estilo rústico. Cero ruido. Las fechas que estuvimos hacia mucho frio, pero la habitacion tiene aire acondicionado, así que bien calientito y agusto el ambiente. Muchos contactos para cargar todos nuestros dispositivos. Y saliendo del estacionamiento tienes de frente la iglesia de los jarritos.

Cómodo pero me decepcionó
La ubicación, tiene todo para ser muy bueno, atención agua caliente, regadera, los snaks de bienvenida, buen café, tina etc.
Las sábanas se ven viejas y percudidas y sucias, huele a humedad el cuarto y por último entiendo q están creciendo y su necesidad de realizar nuevas habitaciones es buena pero yo fui con mi esposo de descanso por 14 de febrero y desde que llegué hasta q me dormí estuvieron martillando, me despertaron varias veces x la noche martillando y al despertar el sábado desde las 7 am ya se oían así q si van de descanso no es buena opción
