New & Spacious Unit in QC w/ Wifi & Netflix

Parking is first come first serve but it’s not a problem at all. We are able to get parking

The unit has an exceptional area as it is very accessible to public transport. The unit was cozy and big enough for a couple. It’s nice to have wifi, TV with Netflix, washing machine, 24/7 security and amenities like cups for coffee, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. It is also nice that it has smart lock but it’s not really working well and takes time for it to go through. Have asked for the code as an alternative but was not given to us. Some things that the host should be mindful of were: 1. Be on time for check-in especially with people coming from overseas. We were so tired and told that check in was 2-3pm but was able to meet the host after 3pm. 2. Please fix drainage in the shower. 3. Make sure to spray insecticide regularly as there were lots of small cockroaches in the unit. 4. Host should be prompt in answering call or texts from the guests. 5. Advise guests if there will be a power interruption as we were surprised when power was shut off on 30th of March. But overall, it was a nice stay.
