    Location is great. Staff are attentive to the needs of the guests. Clean facilities. Very convenient as there is a 24/7 store next door. Will definitely stay again. 9/10 for me.

    I booked with city view with microwave and hairdryer in the room, they gave me a room with a wall view from the window and said that's the room I booked, no microwave and hair dryer. I reviewed my booking and said that the room they gave is exactly not what I booked. After a long explanation, they transferred me to a different room, they gave me a smaller one with a street view, and provided a hair dryer, no microwave. They said I could have my food heated in their pantry instead. Anyway, my daughter was about to take a bath only to find out there's no hot shower. Somebody checked it and said it's broken. Imagine me sanitizing the room and fixing all my things the second time around, only to be asked to transfer room again with hot shower. What a hassle! They transferred us again, squatters view, and the most irritating of all, we weren't able to sleep. We can hear the karaoke until the wee hours. My daughter has an entrance exam at a university the following day and was not able to sleep well. I checked out the following day at 5:30 am. Value for money? You know the answer already. I will never recommend this to anyone. You can try it at your own risk.

    If you want endless calls to front desk because of disgusting human Stains in the blanket under the comforter, very itchy beds, hot showers not working, no soap in the dispenser/ not dispensing properly, unclean toilets etc, go ahead and book this hotel. I had to be moved to 3 different rooms because of these issues but it's just variations of the same issues. I was looking forward to a staycation while attending to medical appointments to a nearby hotel, but it became a nightmare night and day for 4 night and 5 days. I could not easily transfer to another hotel because I booked and paid online already and my clinic was waking distance. but I'm never coming back and never recommending this place at all.
