Très bien situé, quartier calme, gare à proximité, tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour!

Pas trop d’isolation thermique donc très chaud dans les chambres en haut si il y a du soleil. Mais c’est compensé par la climatisation qui fonctionne parfaitement.

Absolutely loved this unique traditional style Japanese townhouse! Our first stay in Osaka was made even better for staying here!🌟 - First of all, the commutation and hospitality with the property manager/owner was spot on. Fast replies, kind messages, accommodating for my request of late check-out. Bottled water in the fridge, rice cracker snacks and sweets on the table, nice easy to read handbook/welcome guide on the table, the little things that mattered! - The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, crockery, everything you'd need, cleaning supplies (even laundry detergent pods which came in so handy) -The living space was nice with the table, chairs and bench, and a big TV. The vanity area was great. There was soap, toothbrushes and paste, cotton buds, combs, washcloths, tissues. There was hair appliances. - The tatami room with the kotatsu was amazing. Traditional Japanese feel. The heated table was amazing, we had food around the table with the heating on and it was so cosy! This was the main feature for us, and we are so happy that we chose this as our first stay because we had this beautiful room with a wonderful view of its own little garden. - The downstairs bed was comfy, the room was nice and warm with the AC. The futon beds upstairs were comfy too, and were all already made up for us when we checked in which was perfect after a long tiresome few days of traveling and again was nice and warm in the room. - The entrance is, again, traditional style with an area for shoes and to change to slippers when entering the house. Slippers are already provided, there are also some other things that you can use such as umbrellas. - The bathroom was well equipped with a deep bath, great shower, full sized hair and body products. The toilet room was separate. - The washing machine came in extremely handy, and the use of the laundry detergent was much appreciated. - Upstairs was nice, with the thick futon beds already made up, and the tatami flooring.

I don't have any complaints. However, as a head's up, there is a steep staircase to get upstairs. I kind of compared it to something on a ship/cruise/cabin. It wasn't an issue for us, but I get vertigo and it was sometimes difficult to get down. I feel that this style of stairs may be common in these kinds of houses. There were some ants coming in whenever we had the garden door open for a bit, but there is insect repellent spray there and we had our own spray so we just sprayed them away. It wasn't an issue for us. Some areas/décor can feel dated, but it's in keeping with the traditional feel. I liked it.

Lovely traditional Japanese home in a residential quiet/peaceful area. The amenities were top notch like the induction stove top, hot shower room, the use of a washing machine. They also included many extras like dish soap, detergent, shampoos, snacks/treats when we arrived which made it special, toothbrushes/toothpaste, teas/coffees and so much more. The beds were comfortable for Asia. The super market was not far nor the train station. 6 min walk for both. Pleasant experience.

Seating area was hard for a westerner wanting to watch tv. Staircase was tight and steep and if you're tall it's a bit dangerous.

お部屋がとても広く、二人での利用でしたが、10人でも余裕で泊まれると思います。 オーナーさんが、お菓子やお水を用意してくださり、とても心遣いを感じました。 お部屋はとても綺麗で、庭もあり、和風の雰囲気がたっぷり味わえます。 対応も丁寧かつ迅速で、安心して滞在できました。 次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。
