Proximity to the French Quarter was great and there were several restaurants nearby. It was clean and spacious for our family. We loved having 3 full bathrooms and the bunk room for the kids.
The a/c worked well in the front of the house but not as well in the back bedroom. There were not enough chairs for the dining room table for our crew of 10, but we used a long bench in a back bedroom that added a few more spots.The ad stated there two parking spaces dedicated for the property but there were only one and a half provided meaning the second space was very narrow so that our SUV did not really fit well into that second space. The house was located close to a very busy beer garden so parking could be difficult to find. Also the clothes dryer did not work well.

It was close to restaurants and bars. We took the trolley car, 3 blocks from the property, to get to and from the French Quarter.
With the number of bedrooms and beds no one has to sleep on a sofa bed.
The backyard and deck were amazing!!

The bathrooms was nice everything so old though besides the kitchen
The floors felt like they was going to cave in , I also had a ROACH crawling on my wall one night . Grass needed to be cut lower outside
