Can't knock too much, there is only one driveway for the shared duplex, but they seem to rely more on street parking, and it didn't create any issues for me.

It was large enough and had enough beds. Should I say mattresses and just a steel frame of the bed basically
The area was not so great. There was trash out front when we came there. We had to be moved from one place to the next because they said that one the place I rented originally was not had a leak or something.
