All of it

Having to go in through the shabby area to get to the property

I was looking for a reasonably priced place near the train station, as I did not want to carry suitcases further than necessary, abd this was achieved, but I won't do it like that again... The bedroom was clean.

The place is extremely basic. No soap, 3rd floor, no lift, barely enough space to carry the luggage. No internet, poor explanation did not allow to get online. No contact with the owner for the few questions we had. No place to store luggage during the visit to the citadelle. I won't do it like this again: I would take a place with a view and use public or private transportation to/from the old city.

Great location Lovely big bed Nice large shower A/C Value for money

Pillows need replacing, very flat and uncomfortable No WiFi (username not even found) Rug, a trip hazard No clothes rail, not even a coat hook on the door

Good location and the room was nice. Air con worked well, which was needed as it was hot in Carcassonne!

There’s no wifi at all at the property, even though it’s listed as having wifi. Other guests have also mentioned this in their reviews - not sure why the property hasn’t been forced to change the listing. No soap either in the bathroom. Host was totally unresponsive.
