The property was beautiful - very clean, spacious and modern. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, with new, spotless appliances and comfortable mattresses. Overall, it was a lovely property and a very comfortable stay.

The main issue was that the washing machine/dryer didn’t work. I contacted the team and was told it would be sorted, but unfortunately this never happened. The dishwasher also didn’t work initially, although this was fixed. The property felt quite sparse and unfinished, particularly the lounge, which had no rug or coffee table. A few basics were also missing, including hand wash, extra towels and kitchen cleaning supplies. The bathrooms also had no shelving or storage whatsoever, making it difficult to even place basic toiletries. The quality of the bed linens could also be improved. The duvet inserts did not fit the duvet covers properly, which made the bedding uncomfortable and affected the overall sleeping experience.

The location was ok in terms of the outskirts of London. The apartment is on the main road so you can hear the sirens and a bus stop is right in front. It’s a 10 min walk to Westbourne park which was the station we used the most to get into London. The apt as intended is nicely done with 2 rooms when you walk in with kitchen and dining table and one full bathroom. You go downstairs for the master bedroom which has full bathroom and half bath and sofa with TV. The apt is spacious. The staff running it are from a company and responsive to the issues outlined below. It worked for our group but could be easily improved with very little effort.

There is a hidden cleaning fee. It’s not on the main booking page or in the documentation from booking,.com. It is found when you go deeper into the property and see it’s handled by RoomPilot and they collect the fee. Even Booking.Com didn’t tell us about it when we escalated. We received multiple WhatsApp from the company prior to check-in instead of using the chat in the booking.com app which is very important to do so they can track it. The company said if we didn’t pay we couldn’t check in. It was an unfortunate stress created. Upon arrival, the downstairs AC was broken and looking liked it had been dripping water for a long time as the entire wall was brown. The company arranged for it to be fixed and set a time for 11 am and the workers came in at 10:20, going in and out which required our attention. The two upstairs bedrooms were small and the downstairs sofa bed had dirty sheets which required the company to send over new bed sheets, towels and comfortable. There were no water glasses and no mugs for tea/coffee except for one . The company responded and sent over new cups and so forth but this was just all a hassle for us when you pay so much for the flat. Finally, the picture are AI generated. There is some semblance but it’s not all accurate.
